I see that Rolyn optics has just introduced a horizontal phase measuring interferometer. I am sure that it takes Zygo accessories. With ADE Phase
Shift and Wyko out of the business I guess there is room for more competitors.
They do not say but that does look like an Engineering Synthesis phase modulator on the front.
If anyone has seen one in person or knows more about this interferometer please add to this discussion.
Poking around the industry and the consensus is that this interferometer is made by Graham. ESDI claims it is not their modulator or software. Still
trying to collect more information.
